Our phone line is answered by an automated AI assistant; calls may be recorded and transcribed. We also collect standard usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including via Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the site, respond to your requests, provide the compliance guide, and — when you ask us to — connect you with an independent CSLB-licensed local contractor for an assessment. We may receive compensation for those connections.

Who we share it with

If you request a contractor connection, we share your contact and property information with the contractor(s) who will follow up. We also use service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising, and workflow automation) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

Your choices

You can browse this site without submitting any personal information. You can control cookies through your browser settings. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information via the contact form on this site; we will respond as required by applicable law.
